Discover Two Surprising Low Carb Chinese Recipes

Ingredients:

Low Carb Recipe of Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dry sherry

Directions:

  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the celery, mushrooms, and green pepper, then stir-fry for one minute. Add the fowl and marinade, then cook for 3 minutes. Stir within the soy sauce and lemon rind then cook for a similarly minute.  
  3. To serve, pile into a warmed serving dish and garnish with lemon slices. Makes four to 6 servings. Preparation Time: forty five minutes
